AFK
Terms of Membership
Azar Farooq Kickboxing (“AFK”) · Bradford, UK · Last updated: 16 August 2026
These terms summarise how membership works. When you join you also sign our Membership, Medical & Injury, and Photography agreements, which form part of your contract with us.
Membership & billing
- Membership is a recurring monthly subscription for the tier you choose. Your tier sets your weekly training allowance and benefits.
- Payment is taken monthly in advance. Prices and benefits are set by the club and shown before you join.
- Missed sessions are not credited, refunded or rolled over (this is a membership, not a class pack).
Classes & allocation
- You choose your permanent weekly classes when you join, up to your allowance and subject to availability. These are then fixed.
- Only the club can change your allocation afterwards. One-off extra sessions may be offered for a fixed fee.
- Classes are grouped by age. Members train in the age group appropriate to them.
Grading & belts
Belt progress is assessed and signed off by AFK coaches against our syllabus. Grading is at the discretion of the coaching team.
Cancellations & changes
- You can cancel by giving notice as agreed with the club; membership and access continue through any applicable notice period.
- We may cancel a class or close the gym for a date where necessary (e.g. holidays or unforeseen circumstances) and will notify affected members. No credits or refunds are generated for these.
Conduct & safety
Members must follow coach instructions, train safely and respectfully, and declare any medical conditions or injuries. We may suspend or end a membership for behaviour that puts others at risk.
Parents & guardians
For members aged 12 and under, a parent or guardian holds the account, accepts these terms on the child’s behalf, and is responsible for billing and attendance.
